Ecig Switch (DNA E-liquids) is an independent, family-run UK vape shop based in Blackpool. We’ve been helping people switch from cigarettes to vaping since 2013 — and we’re still here, still answering messages ourselves, still picking and packing every order by hand.
Why we started
We started Ecig Switch for a simple reason: the people we cared about were trying to quit smoking, and the advice they were getting from high-street vape shops was confusing, expensive, and often plain wrong. We wanted somewhere people could ask a real question and get a real answer — and walk away with kit that actually suits them, not whatever has the biggest mark-up.
What we believe
Vaping is a tool to get off cigarettes. According to the NHS, switching to vaping is one of the most effective ways to stop smoking — and Public Health England has consistently estimated it’s around 95% less harmful than smoking. We back that. But we also think the industry has lost its way in places, with disposables and sky-high nicotine driving young non-smokers into vaping for the first time. That’s not what we’re here for.
Everything we sell is aimed at adult smokers and ex-smokers. Every product is UK and EU TPD-compliant, lab-tested, and sourced from manufacturers we’ve worked with for years. If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, we don’t stock it.

Real advice, real people
Message us on Facebook between 12pm and 7pm, six days a week. You’ll get a reply from one of us — usually within minutes — not a chatbot or a script.
Fair prices, no upselling
We don’t push the most expensive kit. If a £20 starter kit is right for you, that’s what we’ll recommend. Repeat customers are how we’ve survived 12 years.

Order before 2pm Monday–Friday and your parcel goes out the same day. Free delivery on UK orders over £20.
Local delivery in Blackpool
If you’re local, we hand-deliver on Mondays for free on orders over £10. Just choose Local Delivery at checkout.
Our story, briefly
2013 — Started out of a spare room with a handful of starter kits and a small range of UK-made e-liquids.
2016 — Opened a proper warehouse and brought in our own line of high-VG shortfills, blended in the UK.
2017 — TPD regulations came in. We worked overnight to make sure every single product on the site was compliant on day one.
2020 — Through lockdown, we kept dispatching every working day so customers wouldn’t have to break shielding to pick up vapes.
2024 — Brought in a full nic-salt range to give people a real alternative to disposables, ahead of the 2025 disposables ban.
2026 — Still independent. Still answering messages ourselves. Still here.
