1. About these terms
These terms apply when you visit our website or buy from us. They are written in plain English where possible. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

We are Ecig Switch, a UK retailer of e-liquids and vaping hardware operating from www.dnaeliquids.co.uk and www.ecigswitch.co.uk.

3. Age restriction (18+ only)
It is illegal to sell nicotine-containing products to anyone under the age of 18 in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We operate an age-confirmation gate on the website and we may carry out additional age checks at our discretion. If we have reason to believe an order has been placed by someone under 18 we will cancel the order and refund any payment.
4. Products
We take care to describe our products accurately, but flavour profiles, colour and packaging can vary slightly between batches and manufacturer revisions. Product images are for illustration only. Where a product contains nicotine, the strength is shown in mg/ml on the product page.
All e-liquids and nicotine-containing products sold on this site are intended for use by existing adult smokers and vapers as an alternative to smoking. They are not medicinal products and have not been assessed by the MHRA as smoking cessation aids. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, please consult a doctor before using nicotine products.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Postage is calculated at checkout. We currently offer free UK delivery on orders over £5.
We accept card payments via Viva Wallet. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including (without limitation) where there is a pricing error, where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where age cannot be reasonably verified.
6. Placing an order
When you place an order, our acceptance is confirmed when we send you an email confirming dispatch (not when you receive an order acknowledgement). Up to that point we may decline the order without liability. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery is typically by Royal Mail or another UK courier; the option will be shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are guidance, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may charge for redelivery.

8. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a consumer (buying for personal use, not as a business), you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You can cancel for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive the goods.
To cancel, email trade@ecigswitch.co.uk with your order number and the words “I wish to cancel my order.” You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
Hygiene exception. For health and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed e-liquids, sealed coils, sealed tanks or other sealed consumable goods once they have been unsealed after delivery. If those items are returned still sealed, in their original undamaged packaging, the right to cancel applies as normal.
Once we have received the goods and checked their condition we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order. We may reduce the refund where the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
9. Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something we have sold you is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, please email trade@ecigswitch.co.uk within a reasonable time, with your order number and a description (and photographs if helpful). We will arrange a refund, replacement or repair as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Coils, atomiser heads and other consumable parts have a finite usable life that depends heavily on the e-liquid used, the power setting and the user’s habits. A coil reaching the end of its life is not a fault.
10. Returns address
Please contact us by email before returning anything so we can confirm the address and reference your order. Items returned without prior contact may be delayed.
11. Wholesale and trade
Trade and wholesale orders are subject to a separate confirmation, minimum order value, and trade-specific terms which we will provide on enquiry. Trade enquiries should go to trade@ecigswitch.co.uk or via the form on our Wholesale and Trade page. Consumer cancellation rights in section 8 do not apply to business-to-business orders.
12. Account security
If you create an account on the website you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Please tell us as soon as possible if you think your account has been used without your permission.
13. Acceptable use
Please do not use the website to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory or infringing content, or to attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorised to use, or to interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend or remove accounts and orders that breach these rules.
14. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, layout) is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by copyright. You may view and download pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses that were not caused by our breach, or for business losses (we sell to consumers; if you are buying for a business, that is your risk).
16. Privacy and cookies
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you confirm you have read it.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will tell you when. The terms in force at the time you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect any consumer rights you have under the law of the part of the UK in which you live.
