Delivery & Returns
We want your order with you fast, in perfect condition, and backed by a no-hassle returns policy. Here’s exactly what to expect.
UK Delivery
- Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £5.
- £2.95 standard delivery on UK orders under £5 (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–3 working days).
- £4.95 express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1–2 working days).
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are sent on the next working day.
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Local Delivery (Blackpool & Surrounding Areas)
If you live locally we deliver in person on Mondays — free of charge for orders over £10. Choose Local Delivery at checkout and we’ll be in touch to confirm your slot.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.
- Hardware (kits, mods, tanks, batteries): can be returned unused and in the original sealed packaging for a full refund.
- Coils: unopened and unused only.
- E-liquids and shortfills: for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns on sealed, unopened bottles.
- Faulty items: covered by a 30-day warranty on hardware. Get in touch first and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Return Something
- Message us on Facebook or use our Contact Us page with your order number.
- We’ll confirm the return address and provide a returns reference.
- Pop the items back to us with the reference inside.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt, back to your original payment method.
